Mare T Coffee Table

The Mare Coffee Table by René Holten for Artifort is part of the Mare collection, where soft volumes and clear constructions complement one another. While the upholstered seating elements from the same series emphasize fuller volumes, this table translates the same design principles into a more restrained and graphic object.

The square tabletop forms a calm horizontal plane supported by a slender metal sled base. This construction creates a light and transparent structure, allowing the table to add very little visual mass to the space. Its deliberately low proportions allow the piece to integrate naturally within lounge and seating areas.

Within Contemporary design, the Mare Coffee Table reflects an approach in which simplicity and material expression play a central role. The combination of a clear tabletop and a minimal metal frame results in a discreet yet architectural object. Rather than acting as a dominant furniture piece, the table functions as a connecting element within an interior composition.
