This rectangular KUS-SEN by Susan van Heumen combines textile, colour and texture in a bold yet balanced composition.

The front is constructed from a variety of fabrics, each with its own texture and character — ranging from coarse woven materials to softer and more technical surfaces. The mix of blues, greys and neutral tones creates a layered and contemporary aesthetic.

Each cushion is assembled from unique textile combinations, meaning no two pieces are exactly the same. This variation is not incidental, but a fundamental part of the design — every piece has its own rhythm, colour distribution and identity.

The back is finished in a more subtle fabric, allowing the cushion to integrate easily into different interior settings.

Suitable for lounge areas, waiting spaces, hospitality environments and informal workspaces, where textiles add comfort and visual depth.

A refined yet distinctive object where materiality and uniqueness take centre stage.
