This is a paid option. <\/p><\/div><div class=\"x-text x-text-headline e11506-e10 m8vm-5 m8vm-7 m8vm-9 m8vm-a\"><div class=\"x-text-content\"><div class=\"x-text-content-text\"><h2 class=\"x-text-content-text-primary\">Delivery area & timing<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"x-text x-content e11506-e11 m8vm-c\"><p>Deliveries are possible within Belgium and the Netherlands (excluding the Wadden Islands). <br><a href=\"https:\/\/2ddesignfurniture.be\/contact\/\">Contact us<\/a> for a quote for deliveries outside this zone. We work with our own delivery and assembly service with years of experience to ensure quality and professionalism. <\/p>\n<p>Deliveries are grouped by zone and always take place on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Once your order has been processed, we will contact you by phone or email to schedule a delivery time. <\/p>\n<p>We aim to deliver second-hand items within 14 days; the delivery of new products varies between 3 and 5 weeks depending on availability. We will always keep you informed of the estimated delivery date.<\/p>\n<p>If you place an order for products with different lead times, the longest lead time applies as the delivery is grouped.<br\/><a href=\"https:\/\/2ddesignfurniture.be\/contact\/\">Contact us<\/a> if you would like to receive a specific item sooner.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"x-text x-text-headline e11506-e12 m8vm-5 m8vm-7 m8vm-9 m8vm-a\"><div class=\"x-text-content\"><div class=\"x-text-content-text\"><h2 class=\"x-text-content-text-primary\">Transport rates<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"x-text x-content e11506-e13 m8vm-c\"><p>Our transport rates are calculated based on the distance between our warehouses in Sint-Gillis-Waas and the delivery address, in increments of 30km and based on postcode. The prices below exclude VAT. <\/p>\n\n<ul>\n \t<li>0-30km: \u20ac30<\/li>\n \t<li>30-60km: \u20ac60<\/li>\n \t<li>60-90km: \u20ac90<\/li>\n \t<li>90-120km: \u20ac120<\/li>\n \t<li>120-150km: \u20ac150<\/li>\n \t<li>150-180km: \u20ac180<\/li>\n \t<li>180-210km: \u20ac210<\/li>\n \t<li>210-240km: \u20ac240<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div><div class=\"x-text x-text-headline e11506-e14 m8vm-5 m8vm-7 m8vm-9 m8vm-a\"><div class=\"x-text-content\"><div class=\"x-text-content-text\"><h2 class=\"x-text-content-text-primary\">Delivery logistics<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"x-text x-content e11506-e15 m8vm-c\"><p>If you select <strong>Delivery to my location<\/strong> during the ordering process, a selection menu will appear in the next step under delivery options where you must indicate the delivery details. Please read these carefully and make the correct choice. <\/p>\n\n<ul>\n \t<li>We <strong>deliver to the ground floor<\/strong> up to <strong>behind the first door<\/strong> (including in apartment buildings).<\/li>\n \t<li>Bringing the goods to their final location within a home or building is <strong>not included<\/strong> and is only possible upon <strong>prior request<\/strong> and at an additional cost (see \"placement\" below). <\/li>\n \t<li>Assembly by us is also possible (see \"assembly\" below).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If this information is incorrect or incomplete, we reserve the right to deliver only to the ground floor behind the first door or to charge additional costs on the day itself.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"x-text x-text-headline e11506-e16 m8vm-5 m8vm-7 m8vm-9 m8vm-a\"><div class=\"x-text-content\"><div class=\"x-text-content-text\"><h2 class=\"x-text-content-text-primary\">Handover<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"x-text x-content e11506-e17 m8vm-c\"><p>Handover takes place behind the first door. The seller is not responsible for damage occurring after receipt, except in cases of legal liability. This includes damage caused during internal relocation or (incorrect) assembly of the products.  <\/p>\n<p>It is therefore important that you thoroughly inspect and approve the item upon receipt together with the seller\/delivery person, especially with used or second-hand items where signs of use are inherent to the product. VAT), invoiced afterwards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In some cases (very heavy or large products), it is necessary to provide an external lift. If desired, we can organize this; this is always discussed and quoted in advance. <\/p><\/div><div class=\"x-text x-text-headline e11506-e31 m8vm-5 m8vm-7 m8vm-9 m8vm-a\"><div class=\"x-text-content\"><div class=\"x-text-content-text\"><h2 class=\"x-text-content-text-primary\">Assembly<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"x-text x-content e11506-e32 m8vm-c\"><p>Assembly of cabinets, desks, modules, chairs, and similar products is possible, but must be requested <strong>in advance<\/strong> so that it can be scheduled with the delivery.<\/p>\n<p>If you select \"Delivery to my location\" during the ordering process, the following option will appear under the delivery address:<br\/>\"Would you like assembly of your product?\"<br\/>Here you choose \"<strong>Yes, I want assembly of my product.<\/strong>\"<\/p>\n<p>Assembly takes place under the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n \t<li>labor hours at a rate of \u20ac45\/hr per person (excl. VAT)<\/li>\n \t<li>assembly is performed by our own experienced technicians<\/li>\n \t<li>after delivery, the product is brought to its place, assembled, positioned, and adjusted if necessary<\/li>\n \t<li>we have the necessary equipment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Labor hours start counting from the unloading of the products until the technicians are back in the transport vehicle.
